Now Hiring - Personal Lines Account Manager - P & C Insurance License Required in Lawrenceville, GA

We are an Independent Insurance Agency located in the Dacula/Lawrenceville area seeking a customer-focused, hardworking individual.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess an outgoing personality and a never-quit attitude. You will work with existing clients and prospects from warm leads and agency referrals. We are looking for the right person to help our agency grow!

We will count on you to handle these responsibilities:

• Quoting, selling, servicing, and processing new clients’ personal insurance products.
• Assist existing clients with their insurance coverage needs and service requests.
• Submit, track, and follow up on endorsements.
• Respond, follow up, and document interactions with Underwriters.
• Manage the client renewal process.
• Know and maintain an understanding of all available markets and coverages.
• Work well with other team members to accomplish overall production, retention, growth, and customer service goals.

You must have the following to be considered for this position:

• Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License is required.
• Five years of insurance experience.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Be proficient using Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Experience using PL Rating and Hawksoft are a plus!

Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: Insurance Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines Account Manager, Personal Lines Account Executive, Insurance Sales Associate, or Insurance Sales Representative.
